- What do you actually look at?
- Your website, your booking or contact flow, and your business phone setup. I look at where a customer would get stuck, where they'd drop off, and what happens when they try to call after hours.
- What if I don't have a website yet?
- Fill in the form and note that in the frustration field. I can still audit your call handling and give you a clear picture of what's costing you jobs.
- Are you trying to sell me something at the end?
- Only if the audit shows something I can actually fix. Most of the time it doesn't. If it does, I'll say so at the bottom of the audit. Otherwise you get the three findings and that's it.
